Biography/Brief History: Masquerade was the champion of his hive..the captain of the guard...the strongest warrior his queen had....and he was proud of that...completely loyal to his queen and his fellow changelings. He was content with his life....he even met a friend when out in the nearby town under a disguise. for years He and his friend enjoyed each others company. It was inevitable taht his friend found out the truth about him...but none the less the friend accepted what he was. This is were that story should have ended...but it didnt...The pony he called a friend betrayed him and told the town of the location of the hive...they attacked and slaughtered the changelings...one by one...until they slayed the queen...he was the only one left....betrayed and used by his own friend...the entire time his friend had been part of the local town militia..bent on finding his hive and exterminating it..With his Hive and queen dead he fled as far as he could..hiding from other ponies in fear that they might hurt him..that is until he reached the town of Diablo Canyon. a small mining town. This is were he met the local hive who he at first felt abandoned him and left him to die in the cold..and met Half Note the leader of a criminal syndicate...for a time he stayed with them and helped them as part of the security team...until a zebra fortune teller revealed something about him that shook him to the core...He was once a pony...a pony named Crescendo...now with the truth realized he set out again..to who knows were...with new purpose.
